One simple meter.
Every plan has a daily allowance and a weekly allowance. Artemii shows each as a percentage, and you never see message counts.
- One daily bar and one weekly bar cover everything you do: chat, research, pictures and voice
- The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC and the weekly one on Monday at 00:00 UTC
- A reply that is already running may finish even if it crosses 100%
- At a limit, the app says which one and when it resets

Some things cost more allowance than others.
We show percentages, not prices or token counts, and the exact allowances are set by your Mayfair plan. See your Mayfair plan for yours.

| Chat | By how much text goes in and out. Longer chats and bigger files use more. |
| Choosing a model | Deeper models (Lucian and Orion) use more of your allowance than quick ones (Arlo). |
| Web search and reading pages | Each search or page read adds a small fixed amount. |
| Deep research | Counts more than a normal answer, and has its own daily run limit set by your plan. |
| Pictures | Each picture made uses a fixed part of your allowance, and there is a daily picture limit. Refused or failed requests cost nothing. |
| Learning memory | Automatic learning makes one extra small model call, which counts. |
| Mayfair apps and the API | Calls made on your behalf by a Mayfair app use your allowance. Developer service keys have their own caps. |
Artemii shares your Mayfair storage.
When pooled storage is enabled for your account, what Artemii stores counts against your Mayfair account storage allowance. The allowance is pooled across your Mayfair apps, so it is one allowance, not one per app.
- Reading, downloading, exporting and deleting always work, even when the allowance is full
- Nothing is ever deleted automatically to make room
- You are warned as you approach the allowance, and new saves are refused only when it is full
- Incognito chats are not counted
